Hello,

How is everyone? Um... Sorry for the lack of updates I've been really busy with college & other projects. So anyway many of you (None of you because no one reads this blog) have been asking;

"what going on you keep promising to post new Flash animations & other projects soon on You Tube, etc..."

Yes I keep saying that I'll post some stuff but recently I've been busy with projects & jobs that eat up to much of my time. I've had so much to do recently I've had a job being an Assistant Director for a small independent project, I got a job at Bladdud, which side note if you live in Bath area go & check the site out, & on top of that I had college & New Mad Cowpictures work to do. So I just haven't had the time to do any of the things that I promised, also I was going to upload them tomorrow but I've got a production meeting at 10:00am that lasts all day.

OK as I said above I got a job at a site called Bladdud, I've have no idea when the site goes live but I'll post it on here when I know. Bladdud is a site dedicated to showing off Bath's local restaurants, bars, plays, & other forms of entertainment. I got a job reviewing local plays & films, awesome! Anyway as I send before go & check it out when the sites up which I think might be this Friday?! I don't know maybe that's when the site is open to staff, as I said I don't know.

Anyway on to NMCP news. Purple & Annoying, I don't think I'm going to continue on with the series as it is. I've been think about just making one last episode that would finish the series off, I started writing the script for a feature length special about a month ago & the script got lost under all the other junk I'm working on. I'll try & get back & work on the script but if you don't see or hear anything this summer about it, I wouldn't hold your breath for another installment of Purple & Annoying.

This goes for most things, Wasteland, I started to rewrite that but then I got pulled into the Assistant job so I had to put the show on hold until I finished the job. Now I've finished I have no feeling for it, this also goes the same for other project I was working on. To be frank (can I still be me, ha) I've lost a lot of feeling for Machinima as a whole, while its a good starting place I feel that I'm limited to what the game can do... I want to move onto more film & television projects then sitting at home in front of a TV recording basically gameplay & making a story out of it. While as I said is a great place to start out its not what I want to do.

So in short expect to see more live-action & animation projects, then Machinima project from me. Anyway I'm super tried I'm going to play Red Dead Redemption for a hour then go to bed. Anyway thank you for sticking with me.

Hi,

Right lets get started. Purple & Annoying has been delay because I want to try some new techniques but more importantly I want to try & make an anaemic just to see how much they make my job essayer or harder. For the last few weeks I've been ask to help with other project & other event that I've been to preoccupied to start, so I'm sorry for that, anyway I hope to start next week because I have to film an interview this week so I'll be occupied with that to start Purple & Annoying.

The "A Super Awesome Animation Fairy Tale Thing," which I can finally talk about, has been finished for about a week but I haven't had time to export it online but I hope to do that tomorrow sometime. If your wondering what the "A Super Awesome Animation Fairy Tale Thing" is, well wonder no more, this is a college project where we had to create a fractured fairy tale in flash.

A fractured fairy tale is where you take a normal fairy tale & flip it on its head. Changing whatever you want the characters, setting & only keeping the basic story elements the same. We choose to take the classic Three Little Pigs & flip it on its head. We change the wolf's role in the story to the main protagonist & his motives. I'll try to put it up online so you can judge it for yourselves.

I've also been working with Jake Davis working on, his brain child, "No Time Like The Future" which is an awesome... I don't know what to categorise it as. Anyway this an awesome peace of writing by Jake & it will be on Elder Jack's You Tube page soon.

I'm currently working on a lot of scripts & stories that I would love to make into full project but there still in development, so I won't talk about them until they are physical projects.

Some of you might of notice that the F.A.Q has had a bit of a do over, I've clean out some questions, & rephrased some of them. I'm also writing some walkthroughs of different Machinima platfroms & equitment so you know what will work for you. Anyway sorry for the lack of updates but... Halo Reach!

Video: What Happened the Night Before?

Hi,

Right lots of news & updates or whatever you call them. First, my latest college project "What Happened the Night Before?" Is up on You Tube for a while now I just forgot to post it on the site. At first I wasn't going to upload is because Overall I'm disappointed with the project, half the film has a problem with sound, there is some bad cuts between shots & I don't like how I handled the opening scene.

Also for some reason the uploaded version has cut the opening credits off. The only reason I uploaded this project because they showed everyone in our year films to our department & I sat at the back of one of the showings shitting myself thinking that they're going to hate it & to my surprise they actually like the film & not just in the showing I was in. What Happen the Night Before (You Tube)

Right on to other news, there will be two Purple & Annoying episodes around the Easter Break, then the last two the two half-terms after that, so yeah awesome. The reasons for working on episodes while I'm away from college is because I have way way to much work to do so I'll rather focus on my college work then Purple & Annoying.

Hopefully in the next two weeks there will be an animation coming out, I can't say much about it now apart from its base on a fractured fairy tale. There also an other animation that I might upload but don't hold your breath. Anyway I think that is all that I had on my mind... Anyway if theres more infomation I will update this post. Anyway.

I've been writing the last four Purple & Annoying episodes, I've started to edited the my college project entitled "What Happened the Night Before?", & I'm still writing for "The Super Awesome Live-Action Show". Are you still mad at me? Yes... Fantastic. Anyway there won't be any "Purple & Annoying" for a while because I want to be able to edit all of them in my own time so they will be release whenever. At the weekend we started to film "The Super Awesome Live-Action Show" although me & Jake don't think we will used the footage because of stupid mistakes but we will (I will) edit the footage together & show you a teaser or something. Anyway that is all the news... So... Bioshock 2 is out tomorrow... I can't wait.

News: This is going to take along time.

Hi,

So I've got some big news about New Mad Cowpictures, & this is going to take along time to write. Anyway lets start with the bad news. First off I'm stopping Purple & Annoying, I've been wanting to cancel this project for along time.

The main reason for its cancellation is that characters didn't come out like I plan & the characters are so fucking shallow, Guy isn't annoying just a normal guy there is nothing annoying about him apart from his voice but I can live with that. If throughout the series I had to name one annoying character it would have to be Tim, his character such a fucking shallow mono tone asshole but this is all my fault with my super low below par voice acting.

Another reason is the scripts & episode are so bad. The narrative for each episode is so unoriginal, anyway I'm not going into a fucking rant. Purple & Annoying isn't going to end just like that, there is still four episodes left, I'm going to sit down & write four Clans & Mythic standard episodes. Also this isn't something that I just though one day I've been planing this since the end of Season One to start of Season Two.

I'm also after Purple & Annoying finishes I'm going to move to a new You Tube channel where I will have a clean slate & post all the new stuff for 2010. I'm also going to look at what series to carry on & watch ones to drop, you can probably bet what ones I'm going to drop.

OK, good news there are some college projects coming out soon & I'm going to start filming the"The Super Awesome Live-Action Show" soon, I also have one or two development dairies to release for the "The Super Awesome Live-Action Show". So there is a lot to look forward to & a lot of shit happens, anyway O well.

Well thanks to Dan we now have an awesome logo. Dan last night sent me some pictures of Larry (The Cow) with a body which look awesome. Some of you are now quickly moving to your E-mails to send me a message saying;

"Since when has the cow been called Larry?"

Since... If today is Sunday... an hour ago. Anyway.

I'm working on "Purple & Annoying Episode Fifteen: Fanboys" which is coming along nicely. I'm also working on a new production logo, I've made several version now & I'm still not quite please with the version I've made I'll have it done by Thursday...

Wait Assassins Creed DLC is out then... FUCK... O'well... Anyway some of my college project have been a pain in the ass to get up onto You Tube & some have copyrighted music that I wouldn't risk uploading. The Super Awesome Magic Tea full video was deleted from my hard drive at college & the copy I have is missing some of the export code (which means when I upload it onto You Tube it will be just the sound).

Cinema Undisputed News Talk has some copyrighted music that I wouldn't risk uploading onto my channel after some of my friends like Felicia had there channels & videos pulled, but if someone in my class uploads it onto there You Tube I will glad to link it to this site.

Some people have E-mail me about the "Super Awesome Live-Action Show". Most of you want to know WHAT THE HELL IS THIS?! well I don't know how I can put this... its a Super Awesome... Live... Action... Um... Show, yes that is the word I'm looking for...

Well the Super Awesome Live-Action Show is a project that me & a few friends have been kicking around since this time last year. So far we have had one meeting about the show, some ideas where getting lock down & some scripts where getting ironed out. I'll bring a camera to the next meeting, I think its on the Tuesday. I think where bring scripts along, I'm not quite shore what where doing this week but I'll make some sort of developers dairy. Also this IS what will most likely delay Wasteland because unlike Machinima the Super Awesome Live-Action Show will take two months... TWO MONTHS... 2 MONTHS to film one episode. Anyway that it for now I'll add some of the questions to F.A.Q in a while... Bye.

One that is copyright free & I don't have to sit at home waiting for a E-mail about the logo I am using saying some crap about copyright. No, I'm just paranoid the last logo was a free clip art thing. Anyway here it is the new awesome logo.

News: I'm back for 2010...

Hi,

I've finally eased back into college. Although its been snowing for the last two fucking weeks. Anyway I'm back, I'll start working on Purple & Annoying again soon. I haven't decided which episode I should do next but it looks like it will be "Screenshots" because I don't have enough controllers to make "Defenders" which is what I want to do but O'well.

Well then... I also caved into Sony & got a PS3 Slim with Uncharted 2: Among Thieves so after I finish this series of Purple & Annoying before I move on Wasteland I'm going to work on experimenting on different Machinima styles.

Something might come up that will delay Wasteland but the delay will still kick ass, I'll still try to put some effort into make Wasteland but if it gets to much I will delay Wasteland. Anyway that is the news... hope you've had an awesome Holiday & that fucked up New Year.

I've been so busy for the last couple of weeks that I have had time to fully plan what is happening after the end of Purple & Annoying season two, well you might be thinking to yourselfs "the end? Your like on episode five, you have years left".

Yeah but I've workout that Purple & Annoying will end in May 2010, well hopefully there won't be any delays. Anyway I don't really know what I'm going to do next, maybe Warthog & ME along with The Wasteland or The Hunter... (Well I've got some news about The Hunter shows but thats for another day). Anyway sorry about the lack of story narrative in the recent Purple & Annoying episode, I spent all week on that episode but crash from lack of sleep at the end of the week. With all the work I get from college & I've had some other issues I won't go into couldn't work on the episode as much as I wanted to. So... I'm sorry about that.

For the last three weeks I've been under so much stress from college, & my personal life having to do Machinima each week on top of that has been killing me slowly. I've been think hard & long (penis joke, ha fantastic) about what course of action I should take, the first thing that comes to mind is to stop doing Machinima but I actually like doing this.

Yeah none of my work is a fucking masterpiece or anything like that, & I mostly get negative comments but what the hell if I gave two shits I would of quit when "Empty" was uploaded, anyway. So yeah I've decided to make an episode every two weeks, this gives my more planing & production time, this well start after this week because its New Mad Cowpictures 3rd Birthday I think. Hi,

OK as most of you notice that there was no Purple & Annoying episode last Thursday & here is why. Last Thursday & Friday me & two other friends had to go a film some scenes for our next College project, so for both those days I was running around town with a fucking heavy camera, tripod & a cup of tea (well the cup of tea wasn't heavy but still) so I didn't have time to edit this weeks episode.

Also there won't be an episode this week because me & some friends are going to try & get the Halo 3: ODST's hardest achievement "Vidmaster Challenge: Endure", & where doing some other stuff but... yeah I'm going back to play "Borderlands".

Hi,

Yes I'm officially back from holiday (one where I went to London & did nothing but none the less a holiday). Well anyway there is some news, first off I've decided to scrap Purple & Annoying Episode Eleven "Night of The Living Live" mainly because the second half of the script is main drama & has little comedy. This also means that episode twelve is also scraped, there are all ready to new episode in production called "Clans" & "Achievements Whores". On the subject of Purple & Annoying, season two starts some time next week so yeah look forward to that.

Also I seem to have to much on my plate (so to speak) & can't seem to work out a plan of action so I might be dropping some shows but I haven't had enough time to think about it but yeah. Anyway. I've had a few E-mails about The Wasteland teaser, yes I know its not out I give a shit. It be out soon though. Anyway next week Purple & Annoying Season Two Starts so yeah, cool.

For the last two weeks I've been hard at work with all sorts of projects, & last night it got to be that the last hoilday I had was at the end of Unhuman. Most of the time when I say I'm going to have a break I don't I always some how end up doing some production work. So I'm going to have a week early hoilday, so yeah. This doesn't effect anything part from I'm not working on Purple & Annoying or any other show until I come back.

After week of trying to find out why I couldn't upload onto You Tube, to find out that my Internet connection is slow as hell. Its like 16.0KB per seconds. So I'm going to have put them on my hard drive & give them to my friend for upload. To save time I'm going to upload them all at once but put them on private & change them when the release date comes. Anyway.

I've started to film "Purple & Annoying Episode Eveleen : The night of the living live (Part 1/2)". Its an OK episode down on paper so hopefully it will be better as the finish product. Anyway I'm super sleepy & I've been dozening off abit so I'm going to get some sleep.

Well I'm still having problems with uploading three commentaries up onto You Tube, I still thinks it my crappy Internet connection. The videos will be up soon tho I'm sending the files to a friend who has a better Internet connection & will upload them for me, so yeah they will be up soon.

Also on the final commentary that will be uploaded on the 29th, along with it will be the teaser trailer for Wasteland, so look forward to that. Anyway sorry for these delays but who cares.

There been a bit of a change going around with the schedule. I've worked out that there would only be five episodes before I go on a break again & that is not enough time to get back into the routine. So I've change the schedule tomorrow instead of Purple & Annoying episode one of season two I will release the commentaries for both Purple & Annoying & Warthog & ME.

So each week I will release two commentaries from each season, i.e. Purple & Annoying episodes 1-2 & Warthog & ME 1-2, then next week 3-4 & so on. So yeah & when I come back I will go back to the normal schedule. Anyway that is a big heads up. See ya on the fli... what is wrong with me, bye for now.

Hi,

I've pretty much finished editing the new episode of Purple & Annoying entitled "Unbootable", which everyone can sort of guest what is going to happen. Probably my favourite episode so far beats might beat "Mythic" but lets wait & find out.

Also I've uploaded a list of the episode our going to see in season two of Purple & Annoying, the ones that stand out are of course "Night of the living live (Part 1 & 2)" & " Return of the Ninja" (please note I haven't yet spoken to Owen about this episode) but yeah this is going to be a good season.

There some casting going on for the Fallout 3 machinima "The Wasteland". I'm not going to say anything about whats happening but there are a few new characters that will join NMCP. Al tho Wasteland is yet to have a solid plot but I've got a basic out line.

Also I don't think you can go anywhere online without hearing about Micheal Jackson, but anyway R.I.P your music was some of the best. Anyway see you on the flip side, what the fuck is up with me. Anyway bye.

Well I've only got two week left at college before I leave, SHIT!!! has it been a fucking year all ready jez. Anyway I'm going to start making show, episode, film again until I've finished college, which will be the 26Th, so a new "Purple & Annoying" on the 30Th.

Also in the mean time I've been making some new music to put in the new shows, I'm also working on a new WARNING label & I'm working on a new production logo, so yeah... HAPPY DAYS. Also my new graphics card arrived, the "ATI HD 4770" which is a good little thing, so now I can run GTA IV on pc at a smoother rate. Also "[PROTOTYPE]" arrived on Friday, its so so so so so so so so so good it kicks ass. Anyway thats a big heads up, see ya.

Because I come back on the 17th of June there only five weeks until my brithday & I go on break again so I will be making random shorts for a few weeks. There is a big big upside to this that I will be able to work on writing more of "The Wasteland" & "Purple & Annoying" so yeah.

Also E3 I wish I didn't have to go to college that week, I was fucking awesome. Left 4 Dead 2, Halo 3 ODST, Halo Reach, The Bettles; Rock Band, Lego Rock Band (What the hell? No but this game is happening), Battlefield Bad Company 2, and many more but still what a fucking sweet year for games.

Some really good news, I've been work all week on "Purple & Annoying Episode Nine: Bungie (Part 2/2)" and it longer then I planed. This episode is about 8 & half mins long at the moement. I've got one more scene to shoot, & edited together another two so yeah this one looks like its going to be around 10 -12 mins long.

Now for the bad news if it is 10 -12 mins long I will have to spilt it up in to 2 act to be able to put it on You Tube, & the other bad news is there might be a delay but I don't want that to happen. If it does it will be out the following week, to show how pissed off I will be if this happens I will only have two weeks hoilday not three so I lose something if I don't get this out on time. Yeah I've started to work on Purple & Annoying Episode Eight: Bungie, so yeah happy days. Anyway here some big news announcement of the new shows, drum roll please. The new show are as followed;

Purple & Annoying Season Two.
Afro Cop.
The Wasteland.
Unhuman Season Two (One episode, and might not happen).

"Purple & Annoying" will be at the head of the pack & run through out the season, in the first quarter there will be a three to four episodes of an flash animation called "Afro Cop" I'm not saying what the story line is because I'm still writing it.

In the second quarter there will be a show called "The Wasteland" which is an Fallout 3 machinima, again story line is still in writing. Unhuman Season Two well the first of four special & well be set four months after the Christmas special. Anyway a lots of stuff to look forward to, see ya.

Hi,

Yeah, "Warthog & ME" Episode Six is underway. That's all the news on Episode Six. Big news "Warthog & ME" Episode Seven will be the season finale, with a really really kick ass cliffhanger. The main reason for this tho is I want to put full attention towards the "Purple & Annoying" season finale, awesome.

There are going to be both "Warthog & ME" & "Purple & Annoying" commentaries, the "Ninja" episode will have Owen also commentating.

So yeah allot of things coming to the finale, at the moment there no plans on whats coming up. Again wouldn't hold your breath for "Unhuman" season two, "The Hunter" or for "Liberty City Shorts". I still like "Liberty City Shorts" but I want to use the PC version, that I don't have at the moment but will be getting soon.

There are some other plans in the works for a drama series, but I really don't know at the moment. Anyway there is a least a month left before I have to start thinking about it. Anyway that all I have to say about that (Ha, lyrics form "Lump by The President Of The Untied States of America"), Anyway. See ya.

After I posted the "I hate documentary thing" I started to plan out how I would do all the filming, and there enough time do make a Warthog & ME episode. So yeah this weeks episode will feature the new character but this episode will be out earlyer then all the other episode because I have work to do.

Also I don't hate documentary I spend most of my time while I'm rendering film, uploading them or I feel like watching some TV watch Mythbusters, How its Made?, and other show like that. I said I hate documentary because this project has gone tits up... and no one is trying to fix it.

Hi,

Over that last three weeks we have had to make a documentary, which I though will be fun as hell but there some much to do and... OK the load down is I have to capture all the footage and edited it by Easter I've alone got 10% of the footage. The camera man keeps rewinding the tape so it writes a new code, this means when you capture the footage it fucks up...

Also just ahead up there is 99% chance this won't be going on You Tube or anything because of the Copyrighted music.

Anyway there won't be any shows or clips for awhile because I'm going to spend all week on this fucking project, Anyway that all the news back to play the Guitar Hero: Metallica demo... I love Metallica.

Well I've been up since 8:00 am trying to get the stuff onto Machinima.com up for some reason it will not accept the file format, and if I change it the file doubles in size to around 1.66GB which is fucking stupid some I've E-mail Machinima.com to see if they can help.

UPDATE: Its doesn't seem that they will get back to me today, but thats OK, I'll try and talk to someone who could help me during the week.

Yeah Purple & Annoying Episode Three "Mythic" has been mostly acted out, I'm doing the last scenes Tuesday after college. I've finished writing for Purple & Annoying Episode Three, its based on a match making game I played with this fucking 8 year old. Purple & Annoying episode three is going to be called "Mythic", because I will be showing off the Mythic Map Pack and Halo Wars.

Video: Purple & Annoying Episode Two

Hi,

Yeah, sorry its a week late but I've been busy but its finally here Purple & Annoying Episode Two: Forge, yeah. There are some changes in this episoded, the first one is the Purple Guy's voice is more high picth to account for the fuckers on Xbox Live (well on any online game), the other is Tim's amour has changed because in the first episode he had Hayabusa now he has a more NOOBy set up.

Anyway here it is; Also side note I had to spilt it into two part because the episode was 11:00 mins long so yeah... Enjoy.

News: A Mythic Weekend

Hi,

Thanks for all those who went online and play on the NEW Mythic Map Pack, I love "Orbital" that my favtiore map at the moement just behind "Ghost Town". I know I didn't play for long but I wanted to play Halo Wars, because it kicks ass I've seen alot of people saying that the game sucks, well I think it great but that for another day.

Anyway this week Purple & Annoying Episode Two: Forge, next weeks episode is "Mythic" and hopefuly I can sleep for a week until I start work on Warthog & ME Episode Five: Warthog Love (Part 2/2). But I'm for to sleep because I'm so so so fucking tired, I've been trying to working Purple & Annoying and some college stuff that is... well see ya I'll be online most of the week if you want to play some games.

Hi,

I've been up since 7:00 am working on this, I have had one 10 minute break and there still voices left to do. There will be a video in its place if I don't finished it, there might a chance that I will finish it but don't hold your breath. This is a heads up, also this episode is 9:34 and I haven put the whole thing together.

UPDATE: I might be able to finished this but I still wouldn't hold your breath, but there is how it stands;

Also there will be no video because I thought I'll do some behind the scene but I will do that after the episoded.

Hi,

Well today I filmed the first act of Puprle & Annoying Episode Two, before you say "Oh, don't spill the fucking film into two parts." I have'nt it still one whole episode I just filmed the first half of the script.

Aslo next weeks episode is Purple & Annoying Episode Three: "Mythic Wars", you know why. Anyway Purple & Annoying will be out this week, so yeah lookout for that.

News: Read the blog

Hi,

Well I have seen so many people sign up with Machinima.com I'm starting to think this is an unachievable goal, so if you didn't know I've been making Machinima for fun over the last year and really didn't know about Machinima.com for a while but when I found out about them I been aiming to work with them.

I know my Machinima are so fucking awful that my fan base is like 20 people and four of them are my friends, I get spammed hate fucking mail saying "your fucking shows suck, stop making them"... Sigh!

Anyway I'm trying to say I'm going back to making Machinima for fun and going to get a job somewhere, in no way this going to effect anything but I just having one of those days.

Anyway some site news, yeah for 2009 a new look for the site. The new look will feature a Newest Video box, Coming Soon box and a new banner and format (well the format will stay basically the same) anyway I'll start on that soon, yeah.

News: Series new direction

Hi,

Your probably thinking "Oh shit, hes change the storyline to one of our shows" or "Yes, Unhuman is back" Well yes & no, Purple & Annoying is going to have no set episode and will be written two weeks in advance .

The reason for this is that every week I have so many good ideas I can't use them all, some I could use in Warthog & ME but some are written with Halo 3 in mind. What does this mean for all these scripts you've all ready written, well they will be looked at and review to see if there jokes could be used in different episodes.

Some episodes will stay the same like: "Forge" "Female players" "Ninja" and maybe some others but basically this give me some freedom to create unlike now where I'm force to stick to stuff I have pre-announce, so yeah... well see ya.
