A: No, its free. Plus anyone is welcome to sign up.

A: Moderators are hand picked by Me, for there helpfulness to the community. Also asking me to let you be one can only hurt your chances, so please don't.

Q: Why did I get banned?
A: You probably didn't stick to the rules, and E-mailing me isn't going to make me change my mind. So don't.
